Our Combo Ballet Barre class uses a combination of postures inspired by traditional ballet movements, as well as other disciplines including yoga and Pilates, to tone and strengthen your body.

 

Benefits of Ballet Barre include improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility, weight loss, and even reduced stress levels. Our classes are suitable for those of all fitness levels.

 

During the class you will be taken through a dynamic and invigorating workout, using the barre to assist with balance while performing exercises that focus on isolating small postural muscles. Focus is placed on strengthening the muscles and improving flexibility, all in a calming and relaxed environment.
