For the whole month of February, you can bring a friend or family member in on a Friday to enjoy the club with you.

Things to look out for in the New Year

We have some stimulating things to look out for in 2018. We will be trialling the Aqua Spinning again in the pool, plus a try of Aqua FloatFit! Other classes to look forward to will be a permanent Tabata class (run by Karine), a new Circuits class (run by Rodney), and an additional Friday class run by our popular instructor Shaun. Other events to look out for include, nutritional seminars and services from our long awaited returning Clinical Sports Nutritionist Sharmain Davis, plus more ‘buddy’ gym challenges, a Swimathon event, ‘fun run’ events, and a running gait analysis workshop by our club partner Pro Feet.

A new addition to the Fitness Team

Please welcome Grace Lindsey as the latest fitness guru to join the team. Grace currently runs a number of awesome HIIT and Diva Train classes throughout the week, but will now also start personal training on the gym floor.

Grace is an expert in women’s fitness, weight management, and functional and strength training. Her fun and dynamic sessions will always leave you wanting more.

New classes

Look out for…the increased number of Divatrain classes with Grace, SpinAddikts with Frances, more early morning and weekend classes in including HIIT on Thursday at 7am and Boot Camp on Sunday at 3pm. Try something different with classes such as Tension Release Exercise (TRE®) on Thursday evening at 6.30pm, plus Yin Yoga Thursday at 12.00pm and Sunday at 3pm.

All studio classes are available to book online! Please take advantage of this by booking all your fitness classes via the member portal. This will guarantee your spot in the class, and is a great way for us to contact all members attending your favourite classes. Simply book a class one week in advance and remember to cancel if you can no longer attend. Each class has a waiting list and so if you miss out then please join the waiting list and you’ll be allocated a spot if there are cancellations.
