RULES

Every week one of the trainers will post their own challenge.

Each challenge will run Friday to Friday

Members can try it as many times as they like as long as one of us is around to supervise.

Week 1 – Jason and the Argonauts’

  • 10 calories on assault bike
  • 10 alternative dumbbell snatches 15/6kgs
  • 10 rounds for time
