A big thank you to those who entered November’s challenge. A massive congrats to Adam and Charlotte for reigning victorious in the men’s and women’s events. Both did tremendously well, completing the challenge in fantastic times of 7:23 minutes (Adam) and 17:00 minutes (Charlotte). Both bag themselves five personal training sessions each, a great early Christmas present!
Decembers challenge is well underway, with special mentions so far going to Isla, Curtis and Ahmed, who are all negotiating their way through every one of the daily advent challenges. These challenges have been created by Jason and Terry, who are always at hand to guide you through each event. Throughout November we will be running a very simple but effective competition. A chance to win yourself a pack of personal training sessions by completing a specific workout as quickly as you can. The program is designed by our very own CrossFit guru, Jason Pearce and is focused specifically around the Air Dyne Turbo bike. Various categories are available.
1 30-minute personal training session for all participants that enter
2 PT sessions for 3rd prize
3 PT sessions for 2nd prize
5 PT sessions for 1st prize
