Paul can help you feel strong, working on your posture and making sure you great. Let him share with you his muscle building, core control, weight loss and motivational techniques which give you the confidence to feel and look strong.

His previous career involved managing network and breakfast shows at commercial radio stations such as Heart and Magic, and with this, his excellent communicating skills allow him to work closely with clients, easily explaining and coaching them through workouts in a fun & dynamic way.

Paul has been involved in competitive swimming all his life, so his ability in the pool and the gym are second to none and so his teaching style is enjoyable and effective, and he is empathetic and patient with nervous beginners.

SPECIALITIES: Core strength and balance, weight management, endurance and stamina building.

QUALIFICATIONS: YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer, ASA Level 2 Swimming Coach, ASA Level 2 Aquatics Teacher, Indoor Cycling & Circuit Instructor.
