Through a system of springs and bars, the combination of Tower and Reformer Pilates equipment gives you a complete and balanced workout experience.
The Reformer Tower system supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added weight resistance of the springs for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. Pilates chisels the thighs, glutes, and engages the core, while the Tower helps target the deep muscles of the abdominals and lower back.
