If you want to get stronger, fitter or just be able to move better, Terry is the trainer for you. He has a background in Sorts Science and Strength and Conditioning training, and so has a great depth of knowledge for programme planning exercise selection. He also has a wealth of experience; from working with footballers to marathon runners who need to improve performance, through to everyday active people who want to be able to be fitter, live longer, and feel younger.
Results speak for themselves, and Terry will show you how to achieve them. If it means through basic movements, or complex lifts, Terry knows how to get them for you.
