Our Combo Ballet Barre class uses a combination of postures inspired by traditional ballet movements, as well as other disciplines including yoga and Pilates, to tone and strengthen your body.

During the class you will be taken through a dynamic and invigorating workout, using the barre to assist with balance while performing exercises that focus on isolating small postural muscles. Focus is placed on strengthening the muscles and improving flexibility, all in a calming and relaxed environment.
Emphasis is placed on strength and stamina in this powerful yoga practice. An energetic pattern of poses mean the class is ideal for improving the body’s flexibility, physical strength and muscular tone.
Combining quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements of body-weight training, Animal Flow creates a fun and challenging workout that focuses on core strength and fluid movement.
This form of aerobically vigorous yoga derives from the Ashtanga practice. The movements are smoothly synchronized to the breath and the poses run together to re-energising your body and mentally relaxing your mind.
Pilates is aimed at helping to strengthen and tone your body all in a low-impact manner. Emphasis is placed on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, whilst improving coordination and balance.
