Peak Performance

A high-level strength and fitness class designed to push you to your Peak Performance! You will unleash your optimum strength and show off the heights of your personal fitness!

Bootcamp

Our bootcamp is a military-style class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and overall conditioning. The instructor pushes you to move onto the next exercise with very little rest in a circuit fashion.

Boxing Training

Learn the skills, the moves, the focus and the flexibility of boxing to help you achieve weight loss goals, tone muscle and improve overall fitness.

Dance Fitness

Enjoy easy to follow routines paired with uplifting music that creates the perfect atmosphere to workout with a range of different dance styles. Whether you are a regular at the gym or a beginner, Dance Fitness is a fun way to improve fitness and tone your figure.

Core Cycle and Cycle & Circuit

Hard cycling through various intervals to develop your speed and ultimate cycling power. Powerful and effective exercises help blast and build whole body strength. Combines indoor cycling fitness with resistance training.

HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) increases your overall fitness levels, offers a longer “after burn” effect, meaning you'll continue to burn calories after your workout is finished, helps maintain muscle mass and enhances performance in sports and athletic activity.

Indoor Cycling

A great cardiovascular workout that will allow you to find your groove and pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills. Ride to uplifting music and sweat it all out with this inspiring indoor cycling ride!

Power Aqua

Power Aqua classes sculpt and condition different areas of the body with less impact on the joints, as you work against the waters resistance instead of gravity. Classes include Aqua Inferno, Aqua Blast, and Aqua Bootcamp.

Bounce & Burn

Bounce & Burn is a full body workout, but low impact and de-toxifying form of exercise. Rebounding is jumping on a specialised, mini trampoline, aimed at aerobic and core fitness, improving the body’s natural ability to heal itself, helping burn calories and improve circulation.

Dynamic Core

An intense, focused, advanced class designed to improve core strength and stability using dynamic body weight exercises and core-specific equipment. Build your strength from within!

Swimsanity

Developed in London, the Swimsanity workout utilises inter-changeable drills, which gives participants an effective, mixed ability, aqua-exercise experience every time. Ideal as a low impact but effective workout.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

A straight up strength class designed to improve strength of all kinds for those with an already conditioned frame looking to take it to the next level.
