The Chelsea Health Club proudly offers MYZONE, the only exercise tracking system in the world that can provide real-time feedback of exercise intensity, alongside a comprehensive log-book of your previous training to monitor performance and improvement.
Given the wireless nature of the technology, MYZONE can be used to track your activity intensity, heartrate and calories burned both in and out of the club, ensuring that you receive the most complete picture of your workout.
Once a member of our fitness team has created your personal MYZONE account, you can get to work with your fitness routine and let the wireless technology record your efforts.
Your progress is stored in your online account, and can be emailed to you with regular reports. You can even access your data on the free MYZONE Lite app which is available for iPhone and Android.

When you take part in a class in our Pursuit Studio, you’ll be automatically added to our display board at the front of the room. This will display your effort and exercise intensity alongside the other MYZONE users. Our instructors can use this to ensure that you are working to your optimum heart rate, meaning you get the most out of each workout. It’s important to remember that no two members are the same, we are all unique in our fitness levels, abilities and goals.
