Chelsea Health Club & Spa are delighted to bring online home fitness workouts direct to your home!

Our expert personal trainers will be delivering live workouts via mobile during the ongoing lockdown. To access these, click the ‘Live Workouts’ button on the app home screen or visit Chelsea Health Club Facebook page.

You can work out live or on demand – to access on-demand recordings, check out the ‘Videos’ section of our Facebook page.

We want you to remain as active and positive as possible given the current circumstances. Now you can join classes from the comfort of your own home.
