New You Programme

What is it?

An 8-week programme designed to your specific needs and goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle toning, increased muscle mass, general well-being or nutritional guidance. This programme is all you need.

What is included:

Your first session will consist of an in-depth fitness and lifestyle assessment (90min).

During the initial assessment, your trainer will also be gaining an insight into your lifestyle so we can build an accurate programme specific to you.

The program will be 8 weeks of goal orientated training sessions, minimum of 2 per week. Fortnightly accountability check-ups and goal setting, in-person or online. At week 4-5 you will complete a biometric weigh-in and recovery program.

In your final assessment at 8 weeks, a strategic plan for your ‘New You’ and advice on the next steps in your training and lifestyle choices.
