With a wide range of cardio and strength training machines, free weights and a suspended outdoor running track, our facilities allow you to monitor and continually improve your performance across all areas of fitness. Our team of highly skilled Personal Trainers are also on hand to prescribe individual exercise routines based on your goals and abilities.
Our strength and conditioning gym provides an excellent free weight training section, along with 6 state-of-the-art Pure Strength machines.
Our weight training area features a cable-crossover, a selection of resistance machines, squat rack, two barbell training benches and three dumbbell benches, as well as a large supply of weight discs. Strength machines are built to the highest standards in biomechanics, ergonomics and safety, offering the freedom of free weights in a safe training environment.
Our studio timetable offers over 70 classes per week, with sessions taking place in the studios, on the OMINA training system, and in the swimming pool.
All classes are inclusive of your membership fee, and are designed to provide effective and engaging workouts for all abilities and fitness goals. Our classes are limited to small numbers of participants, meaning you'll receive more one-on-one training to get the most from your sessions.
