Chloe Lindsay - Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor & Group Exercise Teacher

Chloe is a professional Dancer, Qualified Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor, here to help you reach your goals in a positive, motivational & sustainable way. With her dance background, she understands the importance of maintaining mobility as well as strength to help reduce injury and to sustain a healthy body.

Peter Holmes - Personal Trainer & Studio Instructor

Pete can help with your overall fitness, whether that is endurance, strength, power or general health. He can also show you how to get the best out of your body using good nutrition and supplementation.

Paul Drogan - Swimming Coach

Paul has been involved in competitive swimming all his life, so his ability in the pool and the gym are second to none and so his teaching style is enjoyable and effective, and he is empathetic and patient with nervous beginners.

Martin Mednikarov - Swimming Coach

Martin is a 17th time swimming champion representing the Bulgarian national team. He is knowledgeable in optimising anyone’s swimming potential. Martin’s teaching method is effective, efficient and also fun.
